We're the Brokers of America team — licensed, bilingual brokers headquartered in Doral, Florida. The agency was founded in 2019 by Paul A. Rosales, after several years working as a captive agent for one of the largest PEOs in the United States — a company that today is part of our business partner network.
Since then we have built an independent agency with access to multiple markets and the ability to handle practically every major line of insurance available in Florida. Our approach is simple: give clear advice, answer when our clients need us, and find solutions that actually make sense for each family or business.

Our story
Paul A. Rosales is the third generation of a family that has spent its working life in insurance. The story began more than 60 years ago with his grandfather, Orlando Arriaga, who opened the path in the industry and years later brought his son-in-law — Ricardo Rosales, Paul's father — into the business.
In 2005 Paul joined the family business, already successful and well known for its track record in the international health insurance market across Latin America. That is where he got to know the industry from the inside, developed a broader view of the business, and came to understand how much of the work happens well beyond issuing a policy.
Over time, his entrepreneurial streak pushed him to build his own path. He joined one of the largest PEOs in the United States, where he specialized in Workers' Compensation and formally began his career in Property & Casualty.
In 2019, after several years working under a captive-agent model, he founded Brokers of America PR LLC with a clear idea: build an independent agency able to offer more options, more flexibility, and genuinely personal service.
What started with two carriers quickly grew to five, then ten. Today Brokers of America has access to more than 30 insurance markets and providers, which lets us cover practically every major line of coverage families and businesses need.
Our promise today is still a simple one: answer quickly, advise clearly, and give every client personal attention from start to finish.

First steps in the industry
Paul joined Interbrokers Insurance, a firm with a solid track record in the international health insurance market. It is where he learned the business from the inside and built a broad view of both the carrier side and client service.

Inside the captive model
Paul moved to New York Life, one of the best-known life insurance companies in the United States. He went deep on Life Insurance and saw first-hand how a captive distribution structure works.

The move to Property & Casualty
Paul joined OCMI and began a new chapter focused mainly on Workers' Compensation. He sharpened his sales and advisory skills there and became one of the company's top-producing agents.

Brokers of America is born
After years across different segments of the industry, Paul founded Brokers of America PR LLC with one simple idea: give clients real answers across different lines of insurance, without being limited to a single company's products.

Back to Health & Life
With Property & Casualty experience behind him, Brokers of America widened its reach back into Health & Life. Through the company his grandfather founded, today run by his aunt and uncle Flor Arriaga and Mario Andrade, Paul gained access to new health and life markets in the United States — rounding out the agency's offering without losing sight of its core strength: Property & Casualty.
